Registration Fee

Online payment should be done through the PolyU Online Payment Portal (https://popp-fo.polyu.edu.hk/enUS/portal/event/D3164A6014). Please note that Visa, Mastercard, China UnionPay cards, WeChat Pay, AliPay, and FPS are accepted in the online payment system. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email of successful payment for reference. Payment status in the registration system will be updated after payment confirmation, which should take around five working days. Please see the payment guidelines for details.

  • Early-bird/Regular registration covers participation of keynote lectures, parallel sessions, exhibitions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and conference proceedings.
  • Student registration requires a copy of valid student ID card.

    • Refund policy: Refunds are available before October 31, 2025, with a 1000 HKD handling fee. No refunds will be granted after 31 Oct, 2025.
